Jordan J. 'Mr. Man' Oliver
Jordan J. “Mr. Man” Oliver, 16, of Hillsboro, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 17, 2024 at his home.
He was born Feb. 22, 2008 in Georgetown, the son of Brian Joseph Oliver and Jessica Nicole (Lofton) Oliver.
Jordan attended the special needs class at Whiteoak High School, where he was a member of the Tiny Super Heroes. Jordan was such a kind and sweet soul, who could light up a room with his smile. He didn't know a stranger. He loved spending time with his family, whether it was talking to his siblings, going to his grandparents’ house, seeing his cousins, watching football with his daddy or spending time with his mommy. Jordan faced many challenges in his life, but he did it with a smile on his face. He will be missed by his family, friends and his community that loved him dearly.
Surviving are his loving parents, Brian and Jessica Oliver; older brother, James (Katelyn) Lofton; three younger sisters: Madalynn, Hazel and Lillian; one great-grandpa; five grandparents; seven aunts; five uncles; two nephews; and many cousins.
Jordan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Brian E. Oliver.
Friends will be received Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024, from 5-7 p.m. at Edgington Funeral Home, 17 E. Main St. Mowrystown.
Contributions may be directed to the donor’s favorite charity that benefits special needs children.
