Janice Williams-Paul, 89, passed away Sunday, Dec. 29, 2024 at Hospice of Cincinnati.
She was born in Danville on Nov. 10, 1935 to the late Floyd and Bernice (Shaffer) Cadwallader.
Janice was a loving older sister, devoted wife, caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was an active member of her Allensburg Church of Christ family and enjoyed spending time watching her great grandchildren participate in all their sports and activities. She read her Bible every day and enjoyed reading novels. She loved spending time and having long chats with her best friend and sister, Carol, and her lifelong friends Delores and Lydia. In her final days, she was surrounded by her grandchildren and spent her final peaceful moments with her daughters, Carol and Pam.
She is survived by her daughters, Carol (Williams) Frost and Pam (Williams) Shorten; grandchildren Dusty (Erin) Frost, Lindsey (Adam) Shaw, Mandy (Jamie) Ritchie, Kendall (Matt) Allen, Joby (Teah) Snyder; and her 10 great-grandchildren, Lane Frost, Cohen Frost, Reagan Tholan, Cody Frost, Payton Allen, Izzy Shaw, Jack Shaw, Liam Frost, Dominic Allen and Suttlyn Snyder; as well as many loving nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, Clarence Williams; her late-life husband, George Paul; and her son-in-law, Tim Shorten.
Funeral services and burial in the Barnes Cemetery in Fairview will be private at the convenience of the family.
