Jane Ellen Manley
Jane Ellen Manley, 60, of Hillsboro, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2024 at Bethesda North Hospital.
She was born May 16, 1964 in Manchester, N.H., the daughter of the late Michael Nagle Jr. and Norma (Woodyard) Nagle Johnson of Hillsboro.
She was a registered nurse at Highland District Hospital for over 20 years.
She is survived by her husband, Farron Manley, whom she married Oct. 18, 1997 at the Folsom United Methodist Church; a son, Shawn Manley of Hillsboro; her mother, Norma Johnson of Hillsboro; two brothers, Michael III (Joan) Nagle of Hamilton and David Nagle of Hillsboro; two stepsisters, Lori (Dean) Lance of Alabama and Christine Quimby of Oxford; two stepbrothers, Michael Johnson of Florida and Donald Quimby of California; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Edith Nagle; and a brother, William “Bill” Nagle.
Visitation will be held Friday, Aug. 2, 2024 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro, when a funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. Rev. Tom Zile will officiate. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will follow services. The family encourages those in attendance to wear casual attire.
