James Kimbal “Kim” Barker

James Kimbal “Kim” Barker, 73 of Blue Creek, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025. 

He was born May 25, 1952 in Wilmington, to Carolyn (Hawk) and the late James R. Barker. 

Survivors include his mother, Carolyn Morris, of Hillsboro; stepmother, Judy Barker of Hillsboro; wife, Joy Barker of Blue Creek; sons, Bronson Barker and Kenni of Sardinia, and Ryan Barker of Sardinia; a brother, Frank Barker and Michelle of Lynchburg; and grandchildren, Celeste Barker and Kenzi Barker. 

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Jack Morris.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
