Fredericka Ann Morrison, age 75, of Xenia, died Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at Greene Memorial Hospital.  

 

She was born January 22, 1934, in Dayton, a daughter of the late Francis Lavern and Louise Ann (Weber) Baker.  

 

She was a devoted wife and mother, and, along with her husband, raised and raced greyhounds for many years.  

 

She is survived by her husband of forty-one years, Charles F. Morrison, of Xenia. She is also survived by two children, Carmen Jacobs and her husband Jerry of Florida and Larry Fletcher and his wife Melinda of Kentucky; three sisters, Linda Wade of Riverside, Pat Rapp of Huber Heights, and Sherry Ward of New Carlisle; three sons, Gary Baker of California, Dennis Baker of Verona, Ohio, and Mark Baker of California; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Bruce Allen Fletcher.

 

Graveside funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, October 5, 2009 at the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery. Leo Kuhn will officiate. Friends may call from noon until 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
