Donna Jean Snyder, 69, of Greenfield, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2025 at home.
 
She was born on July 9, 1955, in Ross County, the daughter of Curtis Smith, Jr. and Margene Mae (Tong) Smith.
 
She was a 1974 graduate of Paint Valley High School and was formerly employed at Burger King of Greenfield, Record Herald and County Shoppers Guide of Washington C.H., and Greenfield Research.
 
She is survived by her husband, Harold Snyder, whom she married on Feb. 10, 1979; two sons, Michael Curtis Snyder of Chillicothe and Joseph Scott Snyder of Greenfield; eight grandchildren, Sara Daugherty, Kaylie Snyder, Mia Snyder, Endica Snyder, Kimberly Snyder, Joseph Snyder, David Perry and Brandon Perry; three sisters, Margaret Payne of Greenfield, Betty (Thomas) Bowman of Greenfield and Rosa (Gary) Price of Chillicothe; several nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Garnett Snyder.
 
She was preceded in death by one infant great grandson; one brother, Howard Tong; one sister, Beverly Smith; and both parents.
 
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31 at the Anchor Baptist Church of Washington C.H. with Pastor Michael Pinson and Evangelist Gary Furnish officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens in Hillsboro.
 
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday at the church.

The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield is serving the family.
