Delbert Myron Blazer, 71, of Columbus and formerly of Greenfield, died Aug. 28, 2009 at Isabelle Ridgway Care Center in Columbus. He was born May 9, 1938 in Greenfield, the son of Lawrence M. and Roma M. (Smith) Blazer. He is survived by his wife, Ina (Owens) Blazer, whom he married on Dec. 14, 1960. Also surviving are a daughter, Jean (Bill) Whitaker of Xenia and a son, Walter Blazer of Springfield. A graveside service was held Sept. 3 in the Greenfield Cemetery, with the Rev. McClellan Reed Nicholson officiating. The Murray-Fettro Home in Greenfield is serving the family.[[In-content Ad]]
