David Michael Beatty

David Michael Beatty, 63, of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2024 at home.
 
He was born April 1, 1961 in Greenfield, the son of Fred and Audrey Marie (Beekman) Beatty.
 
He was a 1978 graduate of Edward Lee McClain High School and former factory employee. He was a member of the VFW Post 4736.  
 
He is survived by one stepdaughter, Stephanie Muladore; three grandchildren, Tyler (Shelby) Hidy, Alek Muladore and Gabby Muladore; four great-grandchildren, Tara, Jaxon and Ashton Hidy and Lucian Muladore; three brothers, Fred (Sandy) Beatty of Greenfield, Bob (Tami) Beatty of Greenfield and Randy (Cheryl) Beatty of Bourneville; four sisters, Jean Mann of Greenfield, Thelma Hafer (Jasper Grose) of Greenfield, Bev C. (Randy) Johnson of Florida and Jenny Smith (Robbie Gwaltney) of Florida; 13 nieces and nephews; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.  
 
He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Beatty; mother, Audrey (Beekman) Nelson; and one niece, Cailey Branham.  
 
Funeral service will be Monday, July 15 at 1 p.m. at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Neil Mick officiating. Burial will follow in Greenfield Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be Monday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the funeral home.
