Darlene Lamb

Darlene Lamb, 66, of Hillsboro, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center, surrounded by her family.

She was born Aug. 26, 1957, in Cincinnati, the daughter of the late Leonard and Eva (Bloomfield) Martin.

Darlene was a member of the Well of Grace Pentecostal Outreach. She enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers, watching Hallmark movies and TV shows, sipping on coffee on the front porch and going to yard sales, but most of all she loved her family, friends and all her animals. She will be deeply missed.

Darlene is survived by her husband, Cledus DeVaughn Lamb; her son, Leonard Martin; a granddaughter, Alenea Martin; a great grandson, Tyson Saylor; two stepchildren, Martina Lamb and Sandra Lamb; nine step-grandchildren, Michael Willhite, Logan Willhite, Devyon Martin, Connor Lamb, Eldon Lamb Jr., Evan Lamb, Cora Lamb, Lila Stone, Faith Stone and Ivory Stone; a step-great-granddaughter, Skylynn Martin; three siblings, George Martin, Patricia Greenspan and Leonard Dean Martin; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepson, Eldon Lamb; and a sister, Bonnie Martin.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 20, 2024 from noon until 1 p.m. on at the Well of Grace Pentecostal Outreach, 4263 OH-350, Lebanon 45036. Funeral services will take place at 1 p.m. immediately following visitation at the church. Burial will follow services in the Miami Cemetery in Corwin.
