Cynthia Chloe Hoffer

Cynthia Chloe Hoffer, 63, of Hillsboro, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, May 21, 2023 at her home.

She was born Aug. 8, 1959 in Wilmington, the daughter of the late David and Beverly (Beal) Hoffer.

Cynthia was a graduate of Xenia High School, and she enjoyed taking long walks, watching birds and listening to bluegrass music. She had a great sense of humor, and she will be greatly missed.

Cynthia is survived by two children, Miranda Abling and Joshua Abling; a grandson, Parker Storer; four brothers, Charles Hoffer, David “Jamie” Hoffer, Ronald Hoffer and Jerry Hoffer; two sisters, Jennifer Hoffer and Tomi (John) Webb; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Hoffer.

Celebration of her life will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family. The Turner & Son Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.
