Bonnie A. Smith

Bonnie A. Smith, 82, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.
 
She was born April 24, 1941 in Ross County, the daughter of John M. and Hazel (Cokonougher) Hollar.
 
Bonnie was a 1959 graduate of Buckskin High School.
 
She retired from Johnson Controls, Inc. after 32 years of employment.
 
She is survived by her daughter, Pam Smith of Greenfield; four grandchildren, Heather, Justin, Hannah and John; five great-grandchildren, Sydney, Ella, Landen, Raven and Grayson; one sister, Flossie M. Pryor of Columbus; and several nieces and nephews.
 
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Diana Schneider; three brothers, Richard and Brice Hollar and John Newland; two sisters, Margaret Wise and Betty Ely; and both parents.
 
Funeral service will be Thursday, Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Rev. Joe B. Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in the South Salem Cemetery.  
 
Visitation will be Thursday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the funeral home.
