Betty Regeana Atkinson, 63, of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, Aug. 15, 2024 at Adena Fayette Medical Center in Washington C.H.
 
She was born June 17, 1961 in Washington C.H., the daughter of Palmer and Doris (Castle) Caudill.
 
She had her bachelor’s in accounting and business administration and was co-owner of C & C Innovations Company of Washington C.H.
 
Her family was her life, as well as her Yorkshire terrier “Lucy,” and she was about to become a great-grandmother.
 
She is survived by her husband, Charles Kelley Atkinson Sr., whom she married April 19, 1980; one daughter, Christee Sweitzer of Greenfield; one son, Charlie (Carlie) Atkinson of Coolville; one grandson, Caden Sweitzer (Zoe Fierman) of Washington C.H.; one granddaughter, Chloe Sweitzer of Greenfield; and mother, Doris Caudill of Greenfield.
 
She was preceded by her father, Palmer Caudill; and grandparents, Marjorie Castle, Neva and Mitchell Caudill.
 
In accordance with her wishes, there will not be a service observed at this time.
 
The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield is serving the family.
