Audrey Fay Runyon, 90, of Wilmington, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2025 at The Laurels of Hillsboro.
 
She was born Feb. 10, 1935, in Van Lear, Ky., the daughter of Cayne and Leona (Hodge) Conley.
 
She was a homemaker and former seamstress at the U.S. Shoe Factory of Greenfield, and Ferno-Washington in Wilmington. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Church, Greenfield Garden Club, and American Legion.
 
She is survived by one son, Edward Allen (Jeanne) Runyon of Sabina; two daughters, Nancy Kathryn (David) Smith of Leesburg, Tricia (Roger) Edwards of Hillsboro; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Bert Conley of Pike County; two sisters, Grace Collins of London, Ky. And Ruth Artis of London; and numerous nieces and nephews.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Edward Runyon, on Jan. 25, 2011 after 63 years of marriage; one son, Randy Runyon; one daughter, Lois Elaine Mosley; three brothers, Clyde Conley, James Conley, Walter Conley; two sisters, Ethel Acton, Alice Young; and both parents.
 
Service will be 1 p.m. Friday, March 14 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor Chris Stokes officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
