Anthony Moon, 56, of Louisville, Ky., died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009 at his residence. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on June 1, 1953, the son of the late Archie and Cherry (Parker) Moon. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by his son, Bunk Moon of Louisville, Ky.; daughter and son-in-law, Jacqueline and Jamie Randolph of Cincinnati; brother, Archie Moon of Louisville, Ky.; three sisters, Lisa Christman of Hillsboro, Sally Kirker of West Union, and Hazel Ann Rolph of Texas; and two grandchildren. Services were Sept. 8 at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Al Boggess officiating and military rites given by the Adams County Honor Guard. Burial followed in Locust Grove Cemetery.
