'Woman in black' walking through county

An unusual – if not mysterious – woman in black was walking along U.S. 50 in Highland County on Thursday, July 24.

According to a report by www.ohio-votes.com and other media, she was in Tennessee last week.

"The 'woman in black' is sharing some details about herself. The Sullivan County (Tenn.) Sheriff's Office told WCYB in the Tri-Cities area that her name is Elizabeth Poles and she's from Motts, Alabama."

Early Thursday afternoon, she was walking east on Route 50 west of Hillsboro.
