Winners of photography contest announced, to be Featured in FCBank 2016 Calendar
Twelve winning photographs were recently selected to be featured in the 2016 FCBank wall calendars. Local residents, whether beginner, amateur or professional photographers, were encouraged to submit one or two of their photos via the Bank’s web site at www.FCBankOhio.com throughout the past two months.
The 2016 FCBank calendar will feature photos of "Local Water Landscapes."

Nearly 100 entries were received, but one stood out as Judge’s Best of Show, which was submitted by Tina Ruble of Hillsboro.
Her photo, entitled “Rocky Fork Lake,” will be featured on the cover of the 2016 wall calendars, as well as inside the calendar for the month of September.
The other 11 months of the year will feature photographs submitted by Keith Sturtz of Bucyrus, Rick Binkowski and Thomas Broadbent of Columbus, Robert Hetzel and Jeff Sagar of Dublin, Barbara Brodbeck, Monet Wiford, and Orissa Humes of Mt. Vernon, and Lindi Harden of Thornville.
In addition, 22 photographs earned honorable mention and will be displayed on a special page of the calendar. Those photographs were submitted by Terry Gardner, Marlon Carr, Shirley Schiefer, Codi Mast, Andrei Kotomin, Faith Achtermann, Thomas Broadbent, Orissa Humes, Chris Miller, Alivia Erow, Monet Wiford, Jane Brause, Robert Hetzel, Todd Enders, Barbara Brodbeck, and Sophy Dillow.
FCBank thanks these, and all individuals who submitted an entry, and congratulates the photographers who will be featured in the second annual FCBank wall calendar.
This contest was initiated to provide an avenue to feature local talent and the communities in which the Bank serves through the eyes of residents as they’ve captured with their camera. Calendars will be available to pick up at all FCBank office locations after November 1, 2015.
The 2017 wall calendar theme will be "Bridges," so begin planning to save your photos to enter in next year's calendar photo contest.
