VFW Post 9094 gives to Sons of the American Revolution

Hillsboro VFW Post 9094 donated $2,000 to the Highlanders Chapter Sons of the American Revolution on Thursday, May 23.

According to Post Commander Rick Wilkin, the donation will go toward the SOAR veterans memorial project. 

On behalf of Highlanders Chapter Sons of the American Revolution, President Gary Duffield thanked the VFW for the generous contribution.

• Note: In case of rain on Memorial Day, the services usually held at the Highland County Veterans Memorial will be moved to the VFW Post 9094 on West Main Street (behind the Dairy Queen).
