USA Gymnastics club opens near Mowrystown
Crusaders Gymnastics (Champions of Faith Gymnastics, LLC) is a new gymnastics training facility, featuring a previous national elite gymnast
and 1988 Olympic hopeful, Tessa Shafor, as the owner and head coach.  
With 27 years of professional coaching experience, her expertise can provide potential Olympic opportunity to any child in the surrounding five–county area. The facility is located by the Old “Y” Restaurant (south of Hillsboro) at the junction of U.S. 62 and S.R. 321.
The facility provides training based on the Jr. Olympic Development Course, for both girls and boys from ages 2-19 on vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise.
The facility is a Professional Member Club of USA Gymnastics and focused on providing opportunities to local youth for college scholarships and potential Olympic competition.
Services include recreational and competitive gymnastics; pre-school/home-school programs; and cheerleading support, all from beginner to advanced.
