Three arrested on drug charges in Greenfield

On Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 12:40 a.m. officers of the Greenfield Police Department executed a search warrant at 421 Mill St. The warrant was obtained after an investigation of drug activity at the residence.
Upon searching the residence, officers found a large amount of drug paraphernalia, including pipes, syringes, and other items commonly used to ingest narcotics. Officers also located pills and marijuana in the residence. Three minor children living in the residence were removed and turned over to the custody of Highland County Children Services.
Charles W. Pierson, 55, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Brandon L. Forsha, 34, and Jennifer L. Forsha, 37, were both arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three were released on bond to appear in Highland County Court, Greenfield, on Monday, March 21 for arraignment. Additional charges may be filed upon completion of the investigation.[[In-content Ad]]
