Strickland appoints Ray Houk to state Real Estate Appraiser Board

Ohio Governor Ted Strickland has announced appointments to several state boards and commissions, including the appointment of Raymond Houk of Lynchburg to the Real Estate Appraiser Board. This board oversees the operation of the real estate appraiser certification program and requires the superintendent of Real Estate to administer and enforce the certification program. Houk currently serves as the CEO of Ray Houk Realty. He previously served as an appraiser for the Home Builders Association from 1980-2005. Houk is a licensed real estate broker, residential real estate appraiser, and auctioneer in Ohio. He is a graduate of Fayetteville-Perry High School.[[In-content Ad]]
