Special council meeting announced

A special council meeting has been called to be held on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at 5 p.m. at 130 Homestead Avenue, Justice Center, Municipal Court room.

 

The purpose of the meeting will be:

 

1. A resolution tentatively awarding contract(s) for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade pending approval of Water Pollution Control Loan Fund American Recovery Reinvestment Act assistance on October 29, 2009.

 

2. A resolution authorizing the mayor to enter into contract for Resident Project Representative for the Wastewater Treatment Plant project.

 

3. A resolution authorizing the mayor to enter into contract for special inspections as required under Section 1704 of the Ohio Building Code.

 

This meeting was called by the Safety-Service Director.
