Singing and signing in ASL: WATCH THE VIDEO

The American Sign Language (ASL) program recently welcomed the community to participate in their final examinations: a performance of songs from Disney animated features. 
Professor Kathey Carroll has been an SSCC instructor of ASL for the past nine years, and told The Highland County Press that one of the most rewarding aspects of the program is meeting students who "have no exposure at all to deaf culture" who months later can converse in sign language. [[In-content Ad]]
