Sherrod Brown's office to host small business workshops in southern Ohio

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Members of U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown's staff, and representatives from the IRS, the Small Business Administration (SBA), the U.S. Export Assistance Center, and the Department of Agriculture (USDA) will be holding a series of seminars aimed at helping small businesses, including a seminar in Hillsboro.
Attendees can receive information on opportunities for small and minority-owned businesses, including opportunities related to the Recovery Act, health insurance reform, the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act, and the U.S. Export Assistance Center, as well as contracting with the U.S. government.
