Deputies arrived on scene and located the victim, a 28-year-old male, who advised that he had allegedly been involved in an altercation with the suspect Bruce Haddix, 52, of Russellville. The altercation allegedly occurred over a disagreement over dirt bike parts.
The initial altercation began with a physical fight when Haddix allegedly secured a 9mm handgun and chased the victim to his vehicle, which was parked outside of Haddix’s residence. Haddix allegedly fired multiple rounds at the victim, striking the vehicle. The victim fled from the scene on foot.
