An exciting lineup of talented musicians will be in Greenfield Sunday, Nov. 22 for a Richard Martin Benefit Show.

Mr. Martin, a well-known country musician who has performed at the Grand Ole Opry, is suffering from cancer.

His family and friends are putting together a fundraiser beginning at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22 at the McClain High School Auditorium.

Numerous entertainers will be performing during a concert from 2-4 p.m. Richard’s son, popular country music singer Brad Martin, will be among several performers. Brad, a Nashville artist, recorded a former Top 20 hit with "Before I Knew Better."

Also performing will be Melissa Martin Grate, Gary Adams, Don Adams, Darrell Adams, Farrell Adams, and Joe Adams, Dave and Brenda Hardin, Wayne Hobbes, Dan Cade, Chuck Anderson, Rod West, Bret Snivley, Greg Smith, Jim Bristley, John Crabtree, Steve Marple, Faye Marple, Roger Lee Graves, Richard’s grandson, Ryan Grate, and possibly Michael Keith Whitley.

Anyone who is not able to attend the concert is welcome to attend the silent auction or make a donation. Also, CDs of 19 songs by Richard Martin will be on sale for $10 each.

The doors will open at 1 p.m. for a silent auction. Tickets are still available at Ron Sexton’s Music Shop in Greenfield, at Merchants National Bank in Greenfield, and at Community Savings Bank in Greenfield.
