Rep. Allison Russo to speak at Highland County Democrats’ spring dinner

Highland County Democrats will welcome spring with dinner, desserts, updates and special guest speaker, Ohio State Representative Allison Russo, Tuesday evening, April 22 at 6 p.m.
This year, the annual event will be held at Hillsboro Nazarene Church, 8230 US Highway 50 in Hillsboro. Dress is informal, parking is plentiful, dinner is served and all voters are invited.
Representative Russo, Minority Leader of the Ohio House of Representatives since January 2022, is currently serving her fourth term representing the 7th district, which includes portions of Columbus and Upper Arlington in Franklin County. Before being elected Minority Leader, Leader Russo served as the Ranking Member on Health Committee, served on the Joint Medicaid Oversight Committee, Finance Committee, and the Finance Health and Human Services Subcommittee.
At present, Leader Russo is the Ranking Member for the Joint Legislative Ethics Committee and the House Rules and Reference Committee. She also continues to serve on the Ohio Redistricting Commission and the Legislative Service Commission.
