Raymond James advisers meet Dr. Jeremy Siegel

Rick O’Dell and Alan Carroll recently attended an economic event featuring Dr. Jeremy Siegel.

Dr. Siegel is the Russell R. Palmer professor of finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Siegel received his Ph.D. in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1971 and has written and lectured extensively about the economy and financial markets over the past few decades.

Siegel has appeared frequently on CNN, CNBC, NPR and other networks. He is a regular columnist for Kiplinger’s and Yahoo! Finance.

“Dr. Siegel spoke with us about current conditions of the markets and the economy and offered insight on what to look for in the new year,” said O’Dell. “Dr. Siegel is one of the top financial minds in the country, it was fascinating to be able to meet with him and gain his insight.”

“It was an honor to attend this event with Dr. Siegel,” added Carroll. “Few people share his background and experience in economics and study of the markets.”
