Pauline Cameron to retire from Prudential Chambers-Fite Realty

Prudential Chambers-Fite Realty Company is holding an open house at their office at 216 N. High St., Hillsboro, on Aug. 13 from 2-4 p.m. to honor the long-time public career and retirement of Pauline Cameron.
Lowell Chambers describes Cameron as a civic-minded, community-loving person and is proud to have been associated with her all these many years. The Prudential Chambers-Fite office will miss seeing her on a daily basis.
Cameron was licensed as a beautician in 1947 and earned her Real Estate license in 1984. Her long career included 31 years at the Prudential Chambers-Fite company, where she was a top producer in Highland County in 1995.

Cameron has been very active in the community, including being a member of the First Presbyterian Church, President of Highland County Republicans club, Professional Women’s Club, Highland County Historical Society, Mother’s Club, Hillsboro Women’s Club and member of the Emmaus Community.
Cameron was married to Gene Cameron and raised five children: John, Jane, Jeff, Jim and Joel. She is a loving and faithful grandmother to seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
