Patti Trapp joins RiverHills Bank lending team

RiverHills Bank is happy to announce the addition of Patti Trapp to the bank’s residential mortgage lending team.

With 30-plus years of real estate, legal and lending experience in southwestern Ohio, Patti is excited to focus on helping homebuyers in Adams, Brown, Clinton and Highland counties.

Based in Milford, with five locations throughout Clermont County, RiverHills provides no down payment USDA and VA home loans, low down payment FHA and conventional loans and construction and rehab loans throughout southern Ohio.

The bank also offers down payment assistance programs as well as first-time buyer tax credits to eligible borrowers. Homebuyer education classes and a special program to assist future buyers establish or re-establish credit are also available at RiverHills.
