Open house set for Nov. 17 for Dr. Ballard

Dr. Ralph E. Williams and Dr. Leah McConnaughey will host an open house at their office at 934 West Main Street, Hillsboro on Thursday, Nov. 17 from 4-8 p.m. to welcome Dr. Khristopher D. Ballard.
Dr. Ballard, a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Optometry class of 2011, is joining the practice. Hors d'oeuvres will be served.
Dr. Ballard received his doctorate in optometry from OSU. During his optometric education, he completed internships within The OSU College of Optometry, including pediatrics, low vision, ocular disease and contact lenses.
Dr. Ballard graduated from Valley View High School in Germantown, before beginning college at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, where he graduated with honors and earned an associate's of liberal arts and sciences. He then transferred to Wright State University, where he also graduated with honors and earned his bachelor's of science in clinical laboratory science.
Dr. Ballard is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with his wife, Alison, and son, Vincent. They live in Hillsboro.[[In-content Ad]]
