ODOT seeks public comment on proposed project

CHILLICOTHE – As part of the Ohio Department of Transportation – District 9’s Planning & Engineering Department, the Environmental Office is seeking public input on the following proposed project.
Highland County – HIG-138-30.28 – The proposed project is a culvert replacement project just north of T.R. 361(Hull Road) in Madison Township. 
The project includes the replacement of an 84-inch buy 56-foot metal pipe that is situated over a tributary to Opossum Run. No new right of way will be needed, and no homes or businesses will be removed by the project. 
The project will be constructed by ODOT county forces with state funding.

Issues the public may wish to comment on include the effect of the project on local residents, air quality, the local economy, and historic or cultural resources.  Written comments should be submitted by March 12, 2012, or the deadline date that is posted on the web site, to:
