Notice of public hearing Oct. 20 in Hillsboro

The Hillsboro Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Oct. 20 at 5:30 p.m. at 130 North High St., Hillsboro, to hear public comment on two proposed rezoning areas. 

The first is located at 315 Wellston St., parcel numbers: 25-54-001-027.00 & 25-54-001-
028.00 to be rezoned from Business C to Residential B. The purpose of this rezoning is to allow
single-family homes to be constructed. 

The second is located at 106-126 Maple Run Dr., parcel numbers: 25-14-200-019.00; 25-14-200-018.00; 25-14-200-017.00; 25-14-200-016.00; 25-14-200-015.00; 25-14-200-014.00; 25-14-200-013.00; 25-14-200-012.00; 25-14-200-011.00; 25-14-200-010.00; 25-14-200-009.00; 25-14-200-008.00; 25-14-200-007.00; 25-14-200-006.00; 25-14-200-005.00. The purpose is to rezone from Business C to Residential A to match the existing uses of the parcels. 

These documents can be viewed at the City Building or by contacting Megan Blackburn. Written comments should be submitted to Planning Commission c/o Megan Blackburn, Clerk at 130 N. High Street, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133 or mblackburn@hillsboroohio.net.

Comments should be submitted prior to the public hearing.
