National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month proclaimed

The Highland County Board of Commissioners proclaimed Sept. 2010 as National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month and encourage the support and participation of all citizens to observe the month with appropriate programs, activities, and ceremonies supporting this year's theme
