McClain Drama Department performs 'Mary Poppins'

GREENFIELD – On Friday, April 1 and Saturday, April 2, the music and drama department of McClain High School presented the beloved musical, “Mary Poppins,” under the direction of Loretta Flora.

The show featured senior Trace Poore, as Bert, senior Kimmy Goddard as Mary Poppins, senior Tommy Henry as George Banks, and senior Madison Foltz as Winifred Banks.

Sophomore Vanessa Smith portrayed Jane Banks, while seventh-grader Owen Kline played the role of Michael Banks.

Popular songs from the show included “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious,” “Jolly Holiday,” “Feed the Birds” and “Spoonful of Sugar.”
