Lynchburg Village Council holds special meeting Oct. 4

A special meeting of the Lynchburg Village Council has been called for 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4 in the Council Room at 155 S. Main St.
 
On the agenda is to discuss:

1) Authorization to apply for OPWC funding.

2) Authorization to enter into a contract to install fencing.
