Lynchburg Lions Club Installs New Member

The Lynchburg Lions Club added another new member to its ranks on September 28. Lion Joe Brewer was officially installed as an active member during the monthly dinner meeting at the Lions Club/Gun Club building in Lynchburg. Lion Dave Grover conducted the installation ceremonies. He is the Zone 3 Chairman for District 13-J. Lion Dave is from the Hillsboro Lions Club, and he was accompanied by Lions Larry and Mary Cole who are also from the Hillsboro club. Lion Joe Brewer was sponsored by Lion Tim Amburgy.
The Lynchburg Lions Club invites anyone who is interesting in becoming a Lion to attend a meeting and get acquainted with Lionism. Lions Clubs are in more than 200 countries, and they are known for many forms of outstanding service to communities around the world. The Lynchburg Club meets at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Monday evenings of each month.
