Lynchburg council to hold special meeting Oct. 25

A special meeting of the Lynchburg Village Council has been called for 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25 in the Village Building on Main Street in Lynchburg.
According to Lynchburg Mayor Jeremy Shaffer, on the agenda are the following items: surplus funding, additional appropriations, 2010 budget, street maintenance contract and safety services.
