Lebanon OSHP Post investigating fatal crash in Warren County

The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a single-vehicle, fatal traffic crash that occurred on Feb. 8 at approximately 8:04 p.m. The crash occurred on Bunnell Hill Road south of Shadow Lake Way in Clearcreek Township, Warren County.

A preliminary investigation revealed a 2003 Jeep Wrangler, operated by Benjamin P. Miller, 27, Springboro, was traveling north on Bunnell Hill Road. Miller traveled off the right side of the roadway, striking a mailbox and a fire hydrant and subsequently overturning.

Miller sustained fatal injuries as a result of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Warren County Coroner’s Office.

At the time of the crash, Mr. Miller was not wearing a seat belt.

The patrol was assisted at the scene by the Clearcreek Township Police Department, Clearcreek Township Fire, and EMS.

The crash remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol – Lebanon Post.
