Lebanon OSHP Post investigates fatal crash

On Oct. 29 at 4:30 a.m., the Lebanon Highway Patrol Post was notified of a serious injury crash on U.S. 42 south of Middletown Road. 

Michael McClellan, 69, Xenia, was driving a 2021 Ford Ecosport south on U.S. 42. The Ford drove off the left side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned. 

McClellan was transported to Atrium Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.

The patrol was assisted on scene by the Warren County Sheriff's Office, Clearcreek Township Police Department, Waynesville Police Department, Wayne Township Fire and EMS, and Case Towing.
