LC Board of Education holds organizational meeting

Highland County Commissioners Tom Horst, (Lynchburg '63), Shane Wilkin (L-C '88) and Jeremy Shaffer (LC '00) swore in recently elected Lynchburg-Clay Board of Education members Mrs. Beverly Wilkin, Mr. Chad McConnaughey and Mr. Brad Hess at the board's January organizational meeting.
 
Board meetings will be held the third Thursday of each month at 7 p.m.
 
The following are the current L-C Board of Education members:

Board President: Stan Markey
Vice President: Beverly Wilkin
Finance Committee: Beverly Wilkin and Brad Hess
Insurance Committee: Beverly Wilkin
OSBA Delegate: Chad McConnaughey
OSBA Alternate: Brad Hess
OSBA Legislative Liaison: Kristen Greenawalt
Athletic Facilities Committee: Chad McConnaughey
Great Oaks Representative: Stan Markey[[In-content Ad]]
