Josh Patton is the newest licensed broker at Prudential Chambers Realty
Josh Patton has just recently acquired his Ohio real estate broker’s license. 
Patton has been selling real estate with Prudential Chambers Realty for approximately four years. He recently completed a two-year business degree at Southern State Community College to help give him an edge on the market. 
Patton is very active in buying, selling and renting homes and knows the market very well. He hopes to be able to pass his experience on to his future clients. He has been an active member of the Highland County Board of Realtors for the past two years and is currently serving as the vice president. 
Josh and his wife, Felicity, have three little girls and are very active at the Mayhill Church of Christ. Josh serves as a deacon and song leader at the church.
