Interruption in electric service Oct. 10 in Lynchburg

It is my understanding from DP&L that they will be upgrading the substation in Martinsville on Saturday, Oct . 10. (This coming Saturday) This will result in a break in electric service for about 15 minutes starting at or around 7a.m. Please be aware and prepare.
