On Nov. 3, 2009, the Highland County Grand Jury issued a two count indictment against a local business operating at the Highland County Airport, as well as a two count indictment against the business owner.
The indictment was the result of an ongoing investigation by the Highland County Sheriff¹s Office into allegations of theft of avionics equipment from privately owned aircraft.  The business, CF Air Tronics Inc. and its owner, Ronald H. Dorsey, age 46, of Loveland, Ohio, were operating at the Highland County Airport.
The specific counts of the indictment were two counts of theft, each a felony of the fourth degree, due to the dollar amount of the equipment involved being over $5,000.00.
Dorsey was taken into custody at the business on November 4, 2009, and transported to the Highland County Justice Center.
