Hillsboro's Grace Allen slated as 2026-27 Ohio FFA State Sentinel

Hillsboro Great Oaks FFA member Grace Allen was slated as the 2026-27 Ohio FFA State Sentinel Friday evening during the final session of the 98th Ohio FFA Convention.

Allen, who will be graduating this spring, served as the Hillsboro chapter president this school year.

The final day of the state convention also saw outgoing State President Carter Boyd, a Hillsboro alum, provide his final address.

Allen will be joined by several other local students elected to state office for 2026-27, including State President Austin Manning (Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington), State Reporter Sydney Beiting (East Clinton Great Oaks) and State Vice President at Large Abigail Earley (Wilmington).
