Hillsboro Police Report

These incidents were reported by the HPD.

September 4

Pearlee Newcomb, 39, of Hillsboro was cited for driving under suspension and arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Dwayne Helterbrand, 58, of Hillsboro was arrested for obstructing official business.
 
Richard McComas, 44, of Hillsboro was arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

Dorothy Geeslin, 85, of Seaman was cited for speed.

Shawn Dunn, 54, of Hillsboro was arrested on an outstanding 

On September 4 at approximately 12:13 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department responded to the South East Street at East Pleasant Street for a report of a 2-car crash. Upon arrival, Donald Applegate, 26, of Peebles was stopped at the intersection to turn onto East Pleasant Street from South East Street when he was rear-ended by Peyton Heizer, 28, of Seaman. No injuries were reported on scene. Heizer was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

September 5

Jared Hill, 32, of Hillsboro was cited for driving under suspension. 

Maranda Burns, 31, of Hillsboro was arrested for domestic violence.
