The following is the Hillsboro Police Report for March 3-7, 2011.
On March 3, Jeff Rhinehart of Hillsboro, driving a 1993 Ford, was pulling into a parking space at UDF and struck a 2008 Chevrolet that was driven by Debra Morris of Hillsboro. Light damage was received by both vehicles.
On March 7, Walmart reported they had a shoplifter that had taken several items. Upon investigation, Kesha Willoughby of Hillsboro was arrested for theft.
Charles Campbell of Hillsboro, driving a 1994 Dodge, was backing from a parking space in the 100 block of West Main Street and struck a 2005 Dodge that was stopped in traffic and was driven by Sarah Shaffer of Hillsboro. Campbell was cited for improper backing.
