Leman Sacor, of New York, was cited for speed.

Katie Basford, of Hillsboro, was cited for speed.

March 13, 2026

Arrests/Citations

Kimberly Shrout, of Hillsboro, was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Erin Page, of Hillsboro was arrested for failure to appear.

Travis Martin, of Hillsboro, was arrested for criminal damaging.

Offenses/Incidents

A report was received of damage to a door at a business in the 100 block of Governor Trimble Place.

A report was received of an assault that occurred in the 100 block of Fair Street.

March 14, 2026

Arrests/Citations

Noah Biggs, of Chillicothe, was arrested for failure to appear.

Zack Zurface, of Jamestown, was cited for speed.

Offenses/Incidents

A report was received of an altercation that occurred in the 100 block of West Main Street. No arrests were made.

A report was received of illegal dumping that occurred in the 100 block of Taylor Drive.
