Hillsboro Police Report

These incidents have been reported by the HPD.

On March 9 at 8:30 a.m., the Hillsboro Police Department responded to a two-car crash on W. Main Street. Denice Fraysier of Leesburg was traveling eastbound on West Main Street in the area of Highland Drive.  

David Page of Bethel was exiting the parking lot of a business on West Main Street.  

Page failed to yield to Fraysier who was occupying the roadway. As a result, Page pulled in front of Fraysier. Fraysier struck Page in the driver side. Page was issued a citation for failure to yield. No injuries were reported.

March 10 at 11:42 a.m., Cherlynn Maurer of Hillsboro was exiting private property to make a right-hand turn onto North High Street. Emily Colwell of Bainbridge was making a left-hand turn from North High Street onto private property. Maurer struck Colwell head on causing minor damage to both vehicles. Maurer was cited for right of way on a public highway. No injuries were reported

Henry Gragg, 46, of Hillsboro was arrested for disorderly conduct.
