These incidents have been reported by the HPD.

Arrests/Citations for Jan. 13

Bobby Clifford, 50, of Hillsboro was arrested for theft and driving under suspension.

Richard McComas, 43, of Hillsboro was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

Kristian Gentry, 32, of Clarksville was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

Ashley Morris, 28, of Wilmington was cited for driving under suspension.
