Hillsboro Police Report

On Nov. 6 at 5:46 a.m., an officer on patrol observed a male subject by the pop machine at Smyth Automotive, West Main Street. The male then fled from the scene. On Nov. 7, while the officer observed the same subject, Dusty Oates of Hillsboro, at Speedway, he was found to have property in his pocket that he had not purchased from Speedway. The subject was arrested for criminal damaging, theft, attempted theft, and obstruction of official business.
The following arrests and citations occurred on Nov. 8:
Pam Kelley of Hillsboro, for failure to pay city tax.
Ted Baker of Hillsboro, for failure to pay city tax.
Britnee Keech of Hillsboro, for bench warrant.
Cindy Louk of Jeffersonville, for theft.
Amber Lock of Hillsboro, for theft.
